B Vital Booty
Lift, shape, and strengthen your glutes-for function, strength, and confidence. This four week, lower body focus training program is designed to help you build strong, sculpted glutes that support you in every lift stride and squat. This program includes three targeted strength training days focused on glutes, hamstrings, and hips. Required equipment includes dumbbells, resistance bands, and access to cables and a barbell for added variety in progression. This program is ideal for women in midlife who want to improve strength, build curves and feel more powerful without over training or burning out.


About Me
I’m Brande Mead - a small-town Alaska girl turned fitness and nutrition coach, wife to my high-school sweetheart, mom to two incredible adult kids, and dog mom to three pups who keep life wonderfully chaotic. Adventure has always been in my DNA, and the mountains will forever be my happy place. But it was strength training and nutrition that truly transformed me - especially as I navigate the messy, confusing, and humbling challenges of perimenopause. Re-careering into coaching was the best decision I ever made, because helping midlife women feel strong, capable, and deeply alive is my passion and purpose. I know firsthand what it feels like to lose your energy, your confidence, and your sense of self - and I also know the power of rebuilding it through sustainable strength, nourishing food, and daily habits that support the life you want to live.
